You need to buy the software first , then you will be able to see the forum
 
i have the software the full version not the trial
 
Then enter your serial In your profile, so you can see all the forums

I can't join the virtual dj radio either. I have entered my serial number. But says to go to the forum...
 
You need VirtualDJ pro :)
