Topic: does customer service exist?

is anyone else having trouble getting second download? i have been a VDJ user since 2004 and just purchased my second laptop. i need to download VDJ onto my 2nd computer as is provided in rules of purchase. i have written to Virtual Dj for 2 weeks now without a response. as i Dj 4 nights a week, i would just like to get my backup computer ready to go. can somebody help me.

Instead of complaining, check your tickets, because you've never wrote to us 2 weeks ago... If we don't have any message from you, how can we answer you ?
 
Click "help" and then "view my tickets" to add comment or read replies from eservice.
 
I have to say that I've asked for downloads before through e-service and received it within hours. I just had to say :)
 
Same here had a HD crash & was supported with availability to download in minutes.
 
I have had no such problems with support team here. Vdj support is second to none in this business.
 
Ill just put my view as other people are :P

Contacted them a few times with regards to new downloads, change of registered email, quick and efficient response! :)

its like me complaining people dont take my calls if i dont call them

me complaining theres no news if i dint buy a paper

or me complaining i dint win the lottery if i dont buy a ticket

Lol, I have to disagree on some of your points here:
- Buying a paper does not mean there is news.
- When you did not get a lottery ticket you can’t loose so actually you won.
