Im only new to this game, I have two turntables a mixer and about 80 or so vinyl's..Im looking to use my mp3's saved on my PC to mix with.

I noticed Hercules MP3 DJ Console in the argos where you get software (virtual dj control edi) and a hercules mixer i think. Its' about €150..

What advantages has the one from this site for €300? and can I connect my tt's and use the special vinyl to cue and use the pitch control?

Thanks for any reply

See for comparison between the Hercules dj edition and the full version here and here.

You could attach your turntables. The only restriction in the Hercules edition is that you are only able to use it for 5 minutes. You could buy the full version, but keep in mind that you will need a sound card with 2 stereo inputs and outputs to use time code vinyl.

It all sounds good an i would save money in the long run

When using the vinyl do you still cue the first beat as usual and use the pitch on the tt's to beatmatch?

You could do both: Set cue points in vdj, jump to this cue point with a controller or keyboard shortcut. You could also use your turntable to cue up the first beat.

What I do mostly is cue up the first beat by using the turntable. If I like to use a cue point within the song (for example to skip an intro) I use the vdj cue.
