how can I connect an american audio cdi 300 to be a timecode hardware??
I have the cd but what connection do I need?? can I connect a digital out to a midi in...?

You need 2 stereo inputs where you will connect your decks and you need sound card like ESI U46DJ for that or Hercules MK2.
