Topic: Music Video Format

I have dvd discs (promoonlydvds)....what is a good format to save my music videos and still keep a good if not great quality of the video and not sacrafice the quality of the music video?

If you want to save disk space you can rip them in xvid format that is the improved version of divx, excellent quality and not too much space,regards

with the DVD ripper that comes with VDJ can I choose to rip it immediately in another format other than vob? It sems Divx and Mpeg are both blocked out on my screen.

Do I have to rip it in vob and then convert?

Not neccesarly programs like imtoo dvd ripper or No 1 dvd ripper, can rip your dvd onto your disk with the desired format (vob,mpg1&2,divx,vid,mp4,etc)
