any chance of a video sampler, i think that might be really cool, just like the audio sampler but with video

It would be ok but How would You use it? video and audio sampler for a 16 beat loop?
would you use it during another video
 
Why does it have to be a loop? For instance, I use the sampler for my jingles, it doesn't matter how many beats are in the jingle. They could be like 10 second or longer shorts.
 
that would be cool bet ud need a very fast pc to do it :)
