I tried to order 2x timecode vinyls yesterday and my card was declined. When I contacted Atomix I got a pretty generic reply telling me to take it up with SWREG. After a day of attempts they tell me that payment is being declined by my bank which can't be the case because I've placed orders before and since and NEVER had problems with my card (which is a Maestro).
I've seen references elsewhere in the forum to problems ordering but no conclusive way of successfully placing an order other than getting someone in the US to buy and ship which seems like a bit of an imposition. I'd really like to buy the damn things and it strikes me that if I'm having second thoughts then this must put of a fair few casual customers.
Can anyone offer any suggestions? I'd really appreciate them. I live in the UK by the way.
Thanks,
Tom

I would suggest you call your bank.
Fraud departments are quick to shut off cards if they see multiple attempts to process payments which is out of our control naturally.
This is particularly true with international internet purchases.
Also make sure your shipping info matches the billing info on the card, this will kick it out also.
I speak from personal experience on this, it has happened to me several times for those exact reasons.
Thanks and good luck
I would also suggest a full version install for the best results if you haven't already done so.

Thanks for that. I've decided to just bite the bullet and send a cheque. Just seemed a bit pointless posting one to the US when I buy other stuff from from abroad all the time on my debit card. I don't have another card to try cos I only have one bank account and don't trust myself with a credit card.
As for the software I have no intention of using a cracked version. I am ordering the records to see how they function with the trial version. I have a couple of mates with Serato and Final Scratch so I wanna see how it compares. If I don't like it then I'll either use the timecoded records with djDecks (which is much cheaper) or bite the bullet and fork out for Serato/Final. More than likely I'll be placing an order the Virtual DJ software sometime soon though since it looks pretty sweet and I can utilise my M-Audio card instead of forking out for a separate interface.

Swreg has charged my credit card 3times in the past month. 6 times since last month for $9.99 a hit. I am going back and forth on line with no help at all. has anybody else out there had this problem? I love being able to stream my music on vdj but this swreg crap is getting the best of me.

I'm a currant member and have been for 4 years, for some unknown reason when i select a song to play from content unlimited audio, an attempt to play it, a box pops up and indicates that I can only play 30 extracts, and need to subscribe? I went to my account and it reflects that I am a currant member and when the next payment will be withdrawn. They are withdrawing my money and the system is not allowing me access to play their music? I emailed support to resolve the issues, but have not heard back from them. any one else having this issue?
