Topic: COMMENTS FOR NEW LAP TOP AND VDJ 4.0

I had a Toshiba PIII 1.2 Ghz, 768 Mb Ram and with VDJ 3.4 worked flawless, but since I installed VDJ 4.0 the softaware freezes and the computer just freez,..........so...............I just bought another laptop.......TOSHIBA Satellite M35x-s329, Intel centrino 1.6 Ghz, 512 Mb Ram 80 Gb HHD DVD Player.

Anybody with comments about this new Laptop please, I'm going to installed VDJ this weekend and see what happeneds.

Hopefully I't won't freeze anymore.

Well 512 is really minimum to run VDJ4. But if you don't want to play videos, it should be enough. I have 3 yars old Gericom P4, 512 and v4 works pervect ;)

Maybe you will have to add 512MB of ram, but that's all. I bought new laptop month ago. Toshiba M100-180. Didn't have time to test it with v4 yet, but toshiba is known as one of the best producers of laptops.
