what i mean is that i want to download it through the internet, not to order the software in a cd.
Can that be done?

Well if you don't know how to configurate it right, it is said that you have problems - easy as that. But with some knowladge it works 100% ;)

worth to upgrade, believe me.

And there are some bugs, it's true, but the dev team is working on version 4.1 and alot of bugs will be corrected in that version.

Well they say the X-Box 360 and PS3 are the "next generation" games consoles, I say Virtual DJ 4 is the next generation DJ software, the new update features a New soundengine and interface, for a DJ software that's a big update:

It sounds a hell of a lot better
It looks a hell of a lot better

apart from these two main changes there is a whole list of changes which no ones seen apart from VIPS (I hope these will be added to the forum/history page soon). Virtual DJ 4 has solved problems for most users, but there are a few users here who've been unfortunate enough to of experienced more problems since installing version 4. I believe most of these initial "Headlines" (like on most updates) are due to uninformed users, who install the update, don't get the instant result they want, come here crying, get a simple answer (solving their problem) from a more experienced user, then you never see them again :).

As with all new products there are a few teething problems, and no ones claiming that version 4s bug free (there are actually a few) but I think it's fair to say there is a team working around the clock making fixes and implementing features that no other DJ software can keep up with :).

And these bugs, if you are aware of them, you will never get any crash.

Don't load big files (over 100MB) don't use slideshow, sonique, camera video plugins, and apart from that the program is practically bug free.

@JeremK

Not bigger than 100MB? What about my .vob Music video files- they are like 275 mB. Will this be a problem on a new and powerful laptop.

Thanks.

is it esy to dowload updates if I buy now until the 4.1 is out?

Buy it now;)
All the updates are free.
And it's easy to update.
