I have used the same program to rip all my cds, but I have songs that play at different sound levels, some are alot louder over the speakers than others. Is there a feature like in itunes where you can set your playlist to all be the same level? Its abit annoying when Im playing music during a wedding dinner and I have to monitor the sound level.

Cheers
Mike

You have function at VDJ called autogain, or you can normalize your songs using some audio tools.

Goto Config->Options->Auto gain.
Set this to always 0 dB. Keep in mind that you will have to wait with playing until the complete song is loaded, if the song is not analysed before. So best will be to analyse all your songs before playing.

Or you can use MP3gain for all your tracks, then disable the the autogain feature within VDJ. That's what I do n I rarely touch the gain buttons on my mixer . If you happen to use it, make sure you select the "do not read or write tags" in the options menu, that way you'll still maintain your bpm's and cue points.
