I looked for it on www.juno.co.uk and www.shaker-diffusion.com but couldn't find it unfortunately. :(
 
I found one on: http://www.toffmusic.com/details.php?item=2097. And I orderd it, as I always do on toffmusic, because I live in Belgium and the firm is located in Belgium. Don't know where you live so...
Hopefully you can order it somewhere.
