Hi,

Before installing VDJ 4, i uninstalled VDJ 3.

After completing the installation of VD4 I get a "installation error" when i click on my desktop short cut to run VDJ 4. I tried re-installing VDJ 4 aswel, but had the same problem

Could someone please tell me how to resolve this problem?

Weird.

Try starting the program from the EXE file inside the Virtual DJ install folder.
Does that work?
 
It's maybe a problem with the installation file, I had the same problem with V4, it has downloaded 33Mb and says "Download Complete" but Install is around 38Mb so it wasn't downloaded in full (probably because servers was swampped at that time, too many users downloading). Try to download your install again, and ask E-Service for that.
