does any one no what sound card will work with virtual dj exept from the gigaport? i want to know b4 i buy the sofware. thanx

The recommended sound card for VDJ is the Esi u46DJ. Most sound cards will work with VDJ. If you want to use time code, this sound card should have at least 4 mono inputs (=2 stereo) and have and support Asio drivers.

I have tested my EDIROL FA-66 with V.DJ...[it is all good]...on my other lap-top I have got a ESI U46 DJ I have not tested it with V.DJ yet...

You can use any soundcard 4.1 or better with VirtualDJ. Any soundcard that is setup in Windows OS, could be used by VDJ.
If you want to use TimeCoded Vinyls or TCCDs, then you need another soundcard; U46DJ it's one, M-Audio Delta 44 it's another, also you can use Terratec 88 or M-Audio Delta 1010 or others which support ASIO and have 2 Line Inputs and 2 Line outputs at least.
