If I the extrentie work 8000.pls in Winamp open as url then it, works!
But if I :8000/VirtualDJ.mp3 click it does not work in intenret explore

Yes okay, but I have the problem that I users see those listening also friends, but at none 1 Winamp open that nevertheless strange are

do you have a static ip adress (one that stays the same each time) , if not you will need to configure a dynamic dns link you can find many free providers of this service on google.
if you have a router you will need to configure port forwarding or it is aslo unlikey to work
check your manual on how to do this
