Can anyone tell me if I was to analyse all the tracks on my pc, then transfer them to my DJPC, would the copy of VirtualDJ on DJPC still recognise that the tracks have already been analysed. Or would I have to re-analyse them on DJPC. The file path extensions are all set up identical!
Also...is it beneficial to analyse all the tracks before a disco?
Thanks.

As I have understood, as long as the path is 100% the same, you don't have to analyze them agian... :)

And - if I understand you right, it is a huge pluss to analyze all files before you DJ at a disco. Because then u have bmp for all filels... And can sort songs by bmp, building up a dancefloor.

I would analyze all files and then put them into a 4 beat loop to check for sync before I would go into a club and put it to work.
I have seen the BPM calculator work, I have seen it not work. I have seen sleeves with BPMs listed that were wrong.
Best bet is to take the songs you will know you will want to mix and tap them out, but ALWAYS check them in a 4 beat loop before going live with a mix.
