Topic: DJ CONSOLE MK2 WITH DENON DS-1000 PROBLEM

Ok i have a dk console mk2 with a denon dn-s1000 cd player and when i pulg the denon on the input i get this weird snare like the trebble and the gain is ll the way up, now when i plug the denon directly onto the line in jack of the computer it sounds good... does anyone have this problem ? if anyone gotta solution for this problem please let me know

My specs on the pc are:

win Xp sp2 ( up to date)
pentium 4 2.4
1 gig ddr ram
ati 9550 cideo card
internal sound blaster live 5.1 and a external usb extigy

Make sure the switch on the back of your hercules is set to Line, never connect digital equipment to any mixer as Phono.

yeah it is set to line i even reformated my c drive to see maybe it was something in the windows wdm driver but nothing there is a baaad snare it varies on cd's but like i said i connected the denon diorectly onto the computer and it worked fine so ..its the mk2 like i said
