Hi people,
i just changed my old ASUS W1 Centrino 1.7 1gb ram 80gb hdd ATI 9600 video card for a brand new SONY VAIO FE11S Centrino core duo T2400 1gb ram 160HDD NVIDIA GeForce Go 7400 256mb(128mb dedicated + 128mb shared)
I'm using VDJ 3.4 with HDJC MK2 for long, mixing videos live at the club.
i started playing with my new Vaio, and found problem with video...they hang. Cannot use Hardware acceleration :( I tried several configs but still hangs....maybe driver problem.
If anyone found this problem and have any solution idea...it's gonna be welcome

What are "long mixing videos", and what do you mean by hang?

i mean i use the program for long...more than a year with no probs and mixing videos all night long at the club. last friday i get new vaio with nvidia and cannot mix videos properly nomore. Video freezes and vdj resets. video card is the new nvidia go 7400 so i hope is just a driver problem

I see now. Is there an updated driver available? What video decoder are you using?

Video update is from SOny Vaio site....seems that fo nvidia go series, updates are posted at laptop manufacturers sites.
Video decoder y use are the one that come with VDJ, i think.....i didn't change anything about video decoders.
Changing video decoder can allow or not to select video HW acceleration option in vdj?
