I have a friend that users VDJ, but he has forgotten his password to his account and we have both tried to find out to recover it, but we havent found anything

When you forget your password you can have the password sent to your email address. Anyway contact is the only way you could solve this problem.

Once you get your password (or for those who haven't forgotten it yet) WRITE IT DOWN somewhere (if you are the only user of the computer it is installed on maybe a sticker on the computer, or burn a backup copy to cd and write it on the cd............just a thought

I got to the contact page and it only allows me to ask a question.
I have lost my computer to some stupid bug and now I have a new one, I can't retrieve any emails off my old one so I have now lost my serial number for Virtual DJ. Now apparently you cannot get it again, so now I have to pay for a new one, which I will not be doing, as I think it is a joke and I should be able to get help on this.
I had to create a new account as I don't remember anything from my old computer, so basically I am in a situation where nothing can be done to even help me. So if I can't get my serial number again, I will not be a happy camper. What can be done about this?
