i down loaded the 20 day free trial, and was not able to use it that much cuz of work. i retried to download but it tells me i have zero days left. how come?

I believe you can only get the free trial once. They gave you 20 days to try it out. How do they know you had to work? It's just like any other free trial. The clock starts running once you download. It's up to you to get the most out of the trial period.

I'm not sure, but the e-service can maybe re-activate your trial for 20 days more.
