while changing skin i got this error

with which skin?
 
I got it too but it was with Walkers new skin Greece for VDJ.
 
i presume it must be an error in the conversion!
 
From the error number, I think you must have defined a somewhere that goes beyond the limits of the bmp.

Check if you don't have a b&w mask at the lower end of your bmp that is defined one pixel too down in the xml coordinates.
