Hi, do you remember anything you did before VDJ started to crash?

Also you say you removed all the istances of the program, I don't know if you mean that you deleted the registries to, anyway

If you upgraded from 3.2 to 3.3 and it started to crash from there, then just downgrade to 3.2

Also, give this a last chance.

Uninstall VDJ, delete the folder where you installed it completely
Go to start menu, click on RUN, then type "regedit" without cuotes, go to
HKEY_Local_Machine/Software/VirtualDJ and delete VirtualDJ
Then go to
HKEY_Current_User/Software/VirtualDJ and delete VirtualDJ

Then go to C:/WIndows/Fonts and delete vdj.ttf (also called VIrtualDJ)

Restart your computer

Then reinstall the program

If it doesn't work then there must be something wrong, I know you may have done this already, but I dunno if you deleted everything that I mentioned, so give it a chance.

I get the same problem when trying to launch Virtual DJ 3.3: "virtualdj.exe has encountered problem & must close".
Same as above, I've already installed & unistalled the program removed all instances of the program & still no sucess after re install. But what I did to get it working, was not to re-install 3.3 update. Just leave it as the standard first version and that loads up for me otherwise if I update it to 3.3 I get the above message when trying to load VDJ.

Also before VDJ3.3 broke down and wouldn't load up. It keept "Crashing" but not giving an error message or anything, just vanishing from the screen completely, even the music stopped playing.

Luckily I figured that out because I was Djing that night aswell and wanted to use Virtual DJ, but wasn't sure about how stable it was so went back to Final Scratch and Traktor 2.6

I'm going to have a go at editing the registry later. But not all that confident in doing so, I would have thought the Uninstall tool would have removed that aswell ?

my v 3.3 crashed when i adjusted a video card setting and now cant even re load the 3.3 upgrade - i get qa frence error message - support tells me it will be fixed in 3.4

I am ok on 3.2

"frence error message " => debugger detector?

hey can some one tell me an easy way to download mi vdj again on my computer whit out asking the stuff members???

You have to go to the e-service to ask a new download and it's the only way.
