Hello, i recently purchased the Hercules Dj Console not the MK2 or the controller, the previous one.
And it came with a bunch of softare incudling Virtual DJ. however there is no serial number and i cannot register onto this site to get updates.

any ideas?

Hi, well, the first release of the consoles didn't come with any serial in the box or in the manual because they forgot to add it, you just have to call Hercules, there must be a phone number there and they'll give you a serial.
