Topic: question about BPM field after VDJ scans a song

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I have some music videos I was scanning and actually just loading and playing and VDJ automatically puts a BPM in. Well I have seen some random files that had an * after the BPM. What does that mean?

I apologize if this has been convered... did a search with no results.

so no one has this as well when they have scanned a track... well I guess I am alone... sigh...
 
It means that this track can be easily beat mixed. It is something the programs does, but I would not pay to much attention to it. I read it somewhere.
 
It's written in the user guide. The star after the bpm means the automix will be good quality as vdj has detected the best way to mix

the user guide in not in english yet... been waiting on that.
 
If you go to downloads the English Version has been updated. It has been there for about a week. Thanks to the VDJ Team for working hard to get this updated.
