Topic: Non-Drm WMV or ASF Video Not showing Video

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Well it seems that no one but me might have this problem but my non drm wmv or asf video's aren't showing at all .....all i get is the audio portion , I tried to change what plugin it opens with from windows media to the internal video decoder and all that happens is it crashes whenever either wmv or asf is loaded ..any help i would appreciate.. i would also like to know if anyone has a similar problem

For anyone that might have this problem try to disable the hardware accel. and reload the wmv it should work afterward
