Hi! The computer cannot find my hercules mk2 when i plug it in, it is the same problem on my other two computers. i have tryed to unstall and install again many times.. it still says that it cannot find the hercules mk2, i have tried to have external power to but it still not work... what is the problem.

questions:
1) did you first install the drivers provided on the CD
2) did you plug-in the console when the driver installer asked you to?
3) when you plug in your console, do the lights of the buttons turn on?
4) are you on Windows XP? (looks like 2000 is not in the supported OS list, only XP)

Hi,
1) Did you try to unconnect all your other USB peripherals on your PC?
I had once (with DJ Console MK1) this problem with a defective mouse connected which was cutting all USB detection on the PC.
2) Do not forget you must always connect your DJ Console MK2 on the same USB port as the port where you installed it when running the installation process.
