i want to buy tcv but the site doen´t accept my mother credit card what i need to do to buy it?

You can also pay using a wire transfer or through a Paypal account. This provides a secure monetary transfer system that is used all over the net, including Ebay.
You can register for a Paypal account by visiting this site: http://www.paypal.com
From there, you should set up your account as instructed and pay that way. It basically takes money from your bank account/credit card and credits your Paypal account with the funds. Then you pay for your TCV with the funds from your new account.
