Topic: slideshow help

Is making a slideshow as easy as putting pictures in a folder and opening it? I have tried and it doesn't work any help?

actually you have to set up the video settings and there's an option for slideshow when no video is played. Have alook at settings>video
 
Yes but doesn't that mean that the program will progress through a series of visual effects ? It would be useful if, whilst there was no video playing, a series of bitmap images-advertising forthcoming events, drinks promotions etc. could be shown. John
 
its quite possible ;)

Make a folder with images you want to show, and choose that folder in the video setup for Virtual DJ.

Choose slideshow, and thats what you will get :)
