Not at this time, apple has choosen not to allow any player to play their videos besides itunes.

I don't see the IPOD video being anything more than a passing fad.
Listening to music on an IPOD is one thing. I don't have but I'm sure it's great. Who wants to stare at their IPOD's tiny little screen watching video after video? You're gonna get a headache focusing on that tiny screen.

i own a 20gb ipod, no color screen or anything. i love it. it just depends on what your using it for. the i didnt have room in my bags to carry a couple hundred cds over here so it worked perfect for me. i agree the video is kinda dumb, they made the screen better and the whole thing thinner. i'm assuming it uses digital memory instead of a spinning hard drive now. so that will save battery life. but the new ipod can handle video out i belive so you can watch it on a bigger screen... but this thread isnt about the ipod lol

Yes, it does have a video output but to blow up the little video on a larger TV = bad video.
