how do add windows media player music files to the virtual dj?

You only have to search your music files, locate your music directory and set it as "favorite" you can do that using the VDJ browser (in the left) and click the orange folder in the top of the left-right of your browser.

For add to the search database right-click the folder you want to add and select ADD TO SEARCH DB (DataBase).
