Topic: Record using tccd and mya44 usb

am using the TCCD and I would like to know how would the recorded mix come out.

So for I get no sound when recording.

Some of VDJ users use another sound card (even the on board sound card) to get a Line Input which returns from Maya or a Mixer... That's the way to go.

Open a second instance of VDJ and in there configure your soundcard to be the first top option. In Recording settings (in the second instance) use LINE IN to record that input and when you are ready to record press the record button and start mixing in the first instance of VDJ...

It should work.

I do it the way ACW described in his first paragraph. I run the booth/record out from my mixer to a simple Creative Soundblaster card and then use the program that came with that card to record. Works like a charm. You can use other software to record as well and just select your "Recording" soundcard.
