when i open the config_pannel in vdj and go to video, i only see my video_plugins on the middle_left.
when i want to select one from below there nothing shown..

What's your VDJ version? in 3.1 you have more options...

Have you verify it is the good folder on your hard disk, i mean all your video plugins are in "VideoEffects"?

Download the effects and unzip them,
http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/download.html?addon_id=1091
then put files in the "VirtualDJ\Effects" folder AND THATS ALL...

I might recommend that you take the time to see which ones eat up a lot of processing power... and be aware that if your system isn't top of the line, some will hit 75% or higher especially when responsive to lots of bass in the track.

If you find various ones that tax your system, you can remove them individually... I make a folder in the folder called DO NOT USE and put them in there for later when my system gets better.

Unzip what, acw? The file is named "sonique", with no extension. I added the "zip" extension, but when I tried to "unzip" I got an error message. What is the file's extension?

Now is an EXE file. You only have to run it to uncompress all the files in it.
