Topic: what plugin do i use to broadcast

what plugins are available to use for broadcasting and where can i find them in the program or download them from the site?

He can broadcast with his VDJ version I think, DJ Mix Station 3 is VirtualDJ 2 without mixtable support.
It comes with the Shoutcast plugin
 
if u connect the output into ur line in, u can broadcast all (from external mixer too) and use all plugins that u want. Try shoutcast and peercast
