coz i tried and the whole site was french and my french isnt tha good

actually its extreamly BAD

Try the Google translation service, although it is not 100% accurate it will give you a pretty good idea on what is being said, I use it quite frequently when the sites I go to do not support one of the languages I speak.

You should just build your own... it would be cheaper.

DJ Box is not available only as a software. So you could not "build your own". If you read more into the product you will see it comes stocked full of music and updates also.
