hi
i have just downloaded the update for the console. and just ran the installer as suggested. which then promted me to uninstall the software, fine. it then asks me to reboot. but on reboot, all the software is still installed. so i ran th installer/uninstaller again and get the same thing, sys its uninstalled then asks for a reboot. it keeps just going round in circles.
i also tried uninstalling in control panel, but same thing
when windows loads it can no longer find the device when searching automatically. and as i cannot uninstall the software, to reinstall it i'm kinda stuck with a half working half not console.
i emailed hercules and have got no response.
any ideas?
running xp
1.8 ghz athlon laptop
448 gb ram
is there a way to uninstall everything manually?
