Is there a way to have VDJ automatically save a playlist of what you played in a session?

I've done a few weddings where I wish I could go back and see the order I played things in.

Yes, VDJ automatically saves playlists of your played songs everytime you use VDJ. They are located in /playlists in your Virtual DJ catalogue.
 
You can also look at the file History.txt that is in the virtualdj folder. Normally it lists all the tracks you played since you have virtualdj on that computer.
