Topic: No Serial Number Received When Purchased

Hi Guys! Just a question. How long until I receive a responce from Tech Support? My problem is I just purchased the AtomixMP3 program yesterday, downloaded the proggie, but in the e-mail I received with download instructions said there was an error generating a serial number. Here is the error:

Your keycode/serial number is :
A communication error has occured. Please contact service@atomixmp3.com to retrieve your serial number

I've sent this to tech support yesterday with no response. Any ideas when I could expect a response?? I have a gig tonight which I'm hopefully planning on using the program. Any help would be totally appreciated.
