I am an entertainer that got my start in DJing. I had looked at a number of other programs before I actually purchased Atomix. One feature I have yet to find is adding a pause to my playlist. If I lock the auto mix on, is there a way that I can be out in my crowd with a pre programed pause to stop when the song is finished, or do I have to manually turn off the automix feature. I have found the atomix software to make interaction at my shows alot easier, yet I am still trying to work out a couple kinks.
Thanks

Hi,
You can’t pre program a pause in the playlist or in automix, but you can create a “silence song” . Just recording a .wav title without song (recording nothing) and convert this song in .mp3. You can record a 2,3,5,10 minutes song (depending what you need) and insert it between 2 song in playlist.
Hope this help

virtual dj 8 should come with a pause mix button
that would be revolutionary

this is the oldest bump this year I think... Atomix mp3 is no longer in production. but if you want vdj 7 to pause the automix, just turn automix off, when you restart it make sure you select the option "remove played" before you re-enable automix
