hello i need to redownload my software as i bought a new computer i have my serial number i wrote two emails to customer service and it went unanswered if anyone can help please thanx

Only the customer service can help you with this!
Be sure you email from your registred adress and send all the info you can (date of purchase, your name, your nickname in atomixmp3 profile, serial number......)
Because we see you: "Demo user" those informations are very important.
But send those info only at: customer service. Never in forum or chat.
