i upgraded my operating system and in doing so i lost the set-up .exe of the full atomix...i have my key and my receipt still so how can i dl the full version set up

Go to http://www.atomixmp3.com/support/e-service/ and e-mail them directly. Note the "ticket Number" and they will get back to you quickly.
