i just bought atomixmp3 and i have entered my serial


but it wont open properly

it shows the splash screen then shoes nothing....wat do i do?

Its taking forever and theyre not answering....i need to know quikly

I used to get this and to solve it i just uninstalled and reinstall until it worked.
 
You must write in to e-service with this problem.
