You can't with Atomixmps3 but it's possible with Virtual DJ
For downloading plugins, you must be a registred user (by entering your serial number in your profile) and to be a registred user, you must purchase the software in this site

Virtual DJ come with the availablity to connect the microphone in "mic-in" from your sound card, it's not a plugin.
But it's available only in full version, not with the trial or DJMixstation 2 limited version
