When I start up the program, I get an error telling me that the internal database is corrupt. How can I fix this ? Can this be fixed?

unless you have a backup copy of you database (highly recommended you do this regularly) you will loose all your bpm's etc.

to solve the problem got to your atomix folder (usually c:\program files\atomixmp3) and delete the "Atomix Internal Database" and then restart Atomixmp3
