I'm looking for a tool to transform a rectangel to a "half-circle".

I would like to make something similar to the pitch-bar on the default-skin from a vertical bar.

I've tried to find it paint shop pro 7... but no luck.

Have you tried corel draw or corel paint ?

I tried coral draw many years ago. Powerful tool.
I would like to try adobe Illustrator aswell.
Do you know if that is the SW chosen to make the default skins?
