What's up with the recent autoupdate pop up whenever i launch atomix?

It was just a test with the autoupdate feature
 
i am having a problem with the autoupdate feature because it always says it is going to search for an update but it doesnt start the cpu at all. I couldn't even use da trial version because it always says its looking for an update everytime i click on it so I can start using it.
