Here's a quick tip for beginners learning how to beatmatch.
It helped me a lot while starting...!

Grab 2 songs from the same artist so they're very similar
i.e. (Sean Paul - Like Glue & Sean Paul - Deport Them)

Play Like glue and when he stops singing play deport them w/ the crossfader leaning towards like glue.. make sure gain is equal and bass is not strong on deport them (this won't happen since they're almost identical) but on future songs it will help.. then smoothly transiton to the other one... You'll feel like a pro ;)

Remember to prelisten to your songs thousands of times b4 playing them.. get to know them & learn them. You won't regret it! Also forget autobeatmatch (CRAP) Use your ears, use your head!
