does atomix support joysticks?

What I mean is if I have a game controller or joystick with 6 or 7 fire buttons will the atomixmp3 program recognise these buttons as a shortcut?

I think it only recognizes the movement of the stick left to right for crossfader.

 
I have a few designs for controllers that use 4-way switches (like a joystick) plus buttons to control the major functions of atomix. You can get custom sticks that end in a pigtail...which means you can connect it to a keyboard circuit..... ;)
