Topic: RECORDING SIZE IS TOO BIG

Can u please help me. i want to record a cd. the only problem is the recording function on automixmp3 takes up a lot of space as it saves the sond as .wav. is there any way of recording a mix without it taking up soo much space.
any help is appreciated thank you :)

Wav need space 10 times more than mp3. From that i know there is no other way. Maybe in new version we can be able to record in mp3 format. Wait. But if you have free space record in wav, burn cd, delete wav.

Unless your recording one track 80 minutes long, You can convert each track as you record it. Then delete the wave file. I use a program called Goldwave to do my editing and converting. It will also let you rip from vinyl and tapes.
