It seems my Hercules Console has a problem with the right wheel.....
When i Use it to go forward or backward in a song, it only goes backward..... but the left one works fine !!!!!!
Do you have any solution for me ?

I think it’s a hardware problem, the best you can do it’s return the console to your dealer or contact Hercules customer service.

Hmm thats interesting..
Today I buy a Hercules Dj console, and i have the same problem too! I will bring it back to the shop.. :(
And there is another 2 "problems" my right fx led wont works too, and i cannot use the headphone prewiev on the right side. :((

Yes ! send it back. Hercules sent me a new DJ console and i have no more problems !!!!
