Topic: If your console doesn't work properly take it back

You are just allowing Hercules to sell junk.The console hasn't worked for anyone correctly . Dont get to where you are stuck with a conversation piece.The problems wont be fixed with a software update. If you want to send a message to Hercules you need to return it for a refund. This way they will think twice when they decide to release a piece of junk around christmas time . Hercules has created alot of anger and they need to realize this. We have been taken advantage of here. Its all about the all almighty doller at the cost of inocent people.
