ive bought herc dj console and my headphone worked fine now ive bought the full version of vdj and my headphone doesnt work anymore.... ive tried various settings of the soundcards and yes also the option speakers and headphones
my headphone does works when i plug it in the back of the controller but it will not work in the plug that was made for it (volume control for headphone on controller is open)

Same here, M8.
I've posted this some time ago, and I guess we all have this problem with this configuration.
You'll have to pfl/use headphones on your external mixer with the full version - this works fine, just run the Hercules as a 3D card+external mixer. The headfone out on the console is not a "hardware output", e.g. you cannot map sound from winamp/mediaplayer/windows to it directly.
Maybe this will be a feature on the Hercules mixer software later, and/or fully supported in Virtual DJ...
Ehemm.. btw we have a special forum for Hercules DJ Console here - and we should post these issues there instead!!
